Our Rug Cleaning Process Includes
- Inspection: All areas of the rug including the fringe, main body, and the edges are examined properly. We also determine the type of fiber and the most efficient method to clean your rug.
- Dusting: After inspection, our technicians starts the dusting process to get rid of dust and soils that could not be removed during normal vacuuming.
- Washing: We will clean your rug in our new "wash pit" if regular steaming wan not powerful enough to clean it.
- Rinsing: After all the soils are removed, we add fresh water to the wash pit and eliminate all soiled water. All the pollutants will be removed and pumped out of the wash pit leaving your rug thoroughly washed and rinsed.
- Drying and detailing: Once we are done with all the procedures, we raise your rug up out of the wash pit and hang it on our custom drying tower. Your rug will be placed carefully for the drying equipment to remove all the moisture as efficiently as possible. Then, we we roll it up and wrap it in a cellophane to avoid soiling during transport. You can either pick your rug from our facility or get it delivered to your home. For three or more rugs, we offer FREE pick up and delivery.
- Urine treatment:
If your rug needs urine treatment, we will stabilize the pH before the submersion cleaning process. While the odor can be removed easily, the pet stains and the resulting damage can sometimes be irreversible.
